1: you add a picture ( im guessing you mean your avatar) by:
first logging in, then click the U.C.P. Tab, then clickon the avatar tab. You can add an avatar from your own computer, or other websites ( just add where it says to) This website (im pretty sure) cannot upload GIF files ( avatars that have motion, flasing lights, etc)
2: as for adding friends once again go to the U.C.P. tab, and click on Friends and foes, and type in the name of a person who you want to be your friend ( although I don't see the point, lol )
